Transitioning from clinical practice to healthcare strategy, he has become a sought-after Board Advisor and Management Consultant for hospital owners, digital health startups, and global organizations.

Dr. Nirod has held senior leadership roles including EVP at Digital Health Associates, CSO at Shija Hospitals, CBO at Bridge Health, Director of Healthcare & Life Sciences at Frost & Sullivan, and Director of Telemedicine at Narayana Health. He was part of the core team that conceptualized and executed Asia’s first eICU network, and has led government and institutional partnership pilots advancing telemedicine adoption in India.
